ADDIE Instructional Designers
Great instructional design is at the core of everything we do.
At Learning Developer, our instructional designers are well versed in a wide range of instructional design models and select the model most appropriate for each client's environment, learning objectives, and overall strategy.
Our Development Process:
| Discovery: We start by identifying the purpose of the training and the measurable learning outcomes desired. We gather all of the existing source materials and perform SME interviews to ensure we have as much detail as possible. | |
| Course Outline: Learning objectives and high-level concepts are arranged in the order that will be most effectively understood and assimilated by the learner. | |
| Instructional Design Document (IDD): A complete instructional design document is drafted that includes learning objectives, source content mappings, interactivity points, estimated timings, and more. | |
| eLearning Storyboards: A detailed storyboard is produced that includes a text transcript of the professional audio narration, graphic design compositions, multimedia notes, and other courseware specifics. | |
| Multimedia Production: Audio is professionally recorded and graphic artwork completed. Our course programmers then assemble the audio and visuals per the storyboard instructions. We create courses in whatever tools our clients require including Flash, HTML5 (for smart phone deployment), Articulate, Captivate, ProForm, or any other tools our clients require. | |
| SCORM Implementation: All courseware is programmed and tested for SCORM compliance prior to loading into the client LMS. | |
| Evaluation: Courseware effectiveness is evaluated and a courseware revision strategy is formulated. |
